How to ask for help

To get a faster answer, please include:

• the app name (for example, Efatah) and its version, if you know it;
• your device and operating system (iPhone or Android, and the OS version);
• what you were doing, what happened and what you expected to happen;
• a screenshot, if it helps show the problem.

We answer on business days, usually within five business days. Gracefold is a small company and support is provided by the same person who builds the apps.

Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my Efatah data?

Efatah does not require an account. Your progress and preferences are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app. See the Efatah privacy policy.

How do I exercise my data protection rights?

Write to privacy@gracefold.tech. The channel and response times are described in the privacy policy.

I found a security issue

Write to support@gracefold.tech with the subject "security". See also security.txt.
